ADAMANT Technologies benefits from 20 years of experience in developing its own large-scale HF-CVD reactors with the following specifications:

• Diamond film deposition on surfaces up to 0.5 m²,

• Production capacity that allows the coating of a large number of parts (up to several thousand per week depending on part size).

To ensure customer satisfaction with the highest diamond coating quality, Adamant has implemented an efficient quality assurance (QA) policy with two main pillars:

• Using manufacturing standards and methods such as SPC or 5S,

• Controlling coating specifications using Adamant's in-house advanced metrology equipment (Raman spectroscopy, UV-VIS reflectometry, tribometer, SEM, Profilometer, etc.)

Thanks to its proprietary specific nanoseeding pretreatment, ADAMANT Technologies can provide:

• Very thin Diamond film on surface-complex shapes such as patterned wafers, microsystems or bearings,

• Microcrystalline diamond films with high sp³ carbon purity and small grain size that induce low roughness and properties close to those of bulk diamond.
